I doubt you're fat. I am a size12 (uk) and I hope you wouldn't think i am fat. Dizziness and headaches are a sign of low blood glucose so iam sorry to say but your mums right.
Youre doing well to acknowledged the fact that you have an eating disorder and its good that you're seeking help. Stick with it and if you feel angry scream and shout out and write down your problems, feelings and concerns. It may help it may not but its worth a try. I could spout about how beauty comes from within (which it does so to speak) but i doubt you want to hear it. Please for you own self find a balanced nutritious diet and a good suitable exercise regime and work on yourself. You could book youself in (if financially viable) to a health spa where you can pampered and be given some much needed TLC.
Its ok to get angry everybody needs to from time to time

Please don't be angry or frustrated with yourself.

Some people can drink just water and gain weight. My Daughter, Cindy, is careful what she eats, but still gains weight. But she is a beautiful gal!

Take one day at a time. Look in the mirror and you will see someone beautiful. Never get angry with yourself.

It is not how much or how little you eat. It's a matter of body metabolism. Some people can eat 10,000 calories a day, sit on their butt and watch TV all day, and never gain a pound.

Others, can eat just a little popcorn (no butter) and gain two pounds.

Love yourself...and soon the negative things will become history.

I would never dream of trying to put all your troubles to rights over the internet but I just wanted to tell you I'm sorry you feel so badly about things.
There is so much more to life than if your fat or thin.

Have a good rant and rave on answers at least it doesn't hurt anyone

Look on websites for info.

Go to a dietitian, ask you doctor to arrange for you to see one, even if she is useless, if not ask another doctor, you have the right to have to have a second opinion.

A dietitian will help you plan your meals, food which you hopefully have a choice on what you eat. Good luck

You need to be admitted for a inpatient eating disorder treatment. I hope your mom realizes this and gets you help before your life is ruined.

therapy sessions will not work unless you are completely honest.

Have you been completely honest with the counselor?

Have you been completely honest with yourself?

Just think about those two questions for a little while.
