Well.... I was working out today to get ready for next years football season.... I wasn't doing anything too tough when my vision just turned dark and all blurred and i became really tired having to keep on leaning on my knees cause the coach wouldn't let us sit down when we workout.... I also didn't get lots of sleep last night.. Any help guys????

I am in shape and run for 30 mins every other day.... I don't do drugs or smoke anything. I've been doing this weightlifting thing for about 3 months and this is the first time it happened

are you drinking a lot of booze, or smoking pot? that will do it to you.

If not, are you eating properly?

Finally, you may have low blood sugar, which is a pre-cursor to diabetes. Does diabetes run in your family?

If nothing else, you may just be out of shape. Try to relax your breathing, and drink plenty of fluids.

You can get that from high Blood Pressure, or when you over exert youreself. Or in youre case as you say you didnt get much sleep that can give you Blurred Vision. See youre Doctor get checked out if youre not Happy.
