okay i met this guy and we started talking over the internet i was really interested in him and still am.....but he no longer can be contacted because he recently moved....he just happened to move close to were my best friend lives. So should i even bother still trying to create a friendship with him or should i walk away?

Walk away. This doesn't sound like a relationship or friendship that has any type of depth to it. It sounds like if you forget him, you won't be missing anything. Walk away and see if he tries to get in contact with you, if so then pursue it, if not leave it alone. You gotta remember that nothing can stand in the way of a determined person. If he felt the same way about you and was interested in you that way, he would find a way to get in touch with you
