Snot, your sinuses drain down your throat ar night, take a decongestant or allergy pill before bed. if it just started, your probably fighting of a cold or sinus infection...and it could just be allergies...pollen is up to high counts right now everywhere.

Usually yellow or green indicates infection. If it starts to get dark yellow or green I would go to a doctor. Your lungs might have an infection. Pnemonia or something. Some people feel perfectly fine and then it hits them all of a sudden. This is called walking pnemonia. Just keep a close eye on it. Good luck

It's tonsil plaque and is completely normal. It's just a build up of gunk in the crevices in your throat. When it builds up to a certain point, it comes loose, and you yack it out.
