The only time your blood is usually tested for drugs is for an autopsy, otherwise urine (and now saliva and hair) is the most common method of testing.

The standard 30 days for a chronic users is no longer valid.
The length of time cannabis metabolites may be detected, on average, on a standard urine screen is typically no longer than ten days for chronic users and between 3-4 days for infrequent users. So whether you "pass" your urine test is based on a few variables: when you last smoked, how much you smoke, how often you smoke and the potency of the smoke. Attempting to "dilute" your urine may work, but it may backfire, depending on whether they look for color or test for specific gravity. Sophisticated tests done in a lab look for a muscle breakdown product creatinine, if the level is too low they'll suspect the urine has been diluted.

See the NORML site about recent development in THC in urine and the lowering of length of detectability.

I hope this helps.

THC in marijuana is rapidly absorbed by fatty tissues in various organs. Generally, traces (metabolites) of THC can be detected by standard urine testing methods several days after a smoking session. However, in chronic heavy users, traces can sometimes be detected for weeks after they have stopped using marijuana.

It may take weeks to get out of your system, whether you are a frequent or infrequent user. Fat-soluble drugs tend to hang out in the fatty tissues and get released slowly into the bloodstream over time, so if you have a lot of fatty tissue the chances are that it will take you longer to eliminate from the body.

Out of all the answer you have got. Only one is right. 30 days. There is no magic solution to get it out of your system. And it doesn't depend on how much of it you've done. No amount of anything is going to get it out faster. so from the last time you did it. it will take 30 days.

It depends on how long you've been smoking. If it's your first or second time, the dude who said "48 hours" may be correct, but if you are a career smoker...good luck.

Drink lots of water. I've passed tests in 10 days before. Hydration is key. Green tea is good, too.
