Bonterra in California produces all of their wines organically, including a Syrah which would pair well with your lamb.
As well, M. Chapoutier from the Rhone in France produces all of its wines biodynamically. The Crozes-Hermitage, especially 2003 would go well.
Carmen from Chile produces a Cabernet Sauvignon in their Nativa line which is grown organically as well. If you're in the UK, this should be available. I recall Decanter magazine giving it a high rating a couple of years ago.
These should all be at or close to your price range. I hope they are available locally. We conducted a tasting of organic wines last year featuring each of these three wines. All of them were quite nice and I think would pair well with your lamb.
Cheers!

Why organic wine? and isn't alcohol an artificially created chemical anyway (does not really grow in soil or on trees does it ? Lol, how can it be organic? let me know if you actually come across organic wine and wonder what it tastes like, I'm absolutely curious. Do not get me wrong because I drink red wine 2 or sometimes 3 nights a week, my favorite which I get at whole foods and do not think it is organic though is 9.99 called Red Guitar (Merlot). Definitely recommend it... So good luck :)
