WOW YOU WANT YOUR MOM TO LET YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND.......YOU ARE A FRESHMAN....... AND THE FIRST GUY YOU CHOSE FOR YOUR FIRST BOYFRIEND IS A JUNIOR???? TRY A FRESHMAN GIRL... SHE MIGHT LET YOU THEN...... IT WAS LIKE THAT WITH ME TOO..WE GOT TOGETHER LAST YEAR THE ENDING OF 8TH GRADE.. BUT I WASNT LOOKING FOR A BF... HE JUST SWEPT ME OFF MY FEET...BUT IDK WHAT HAPPENED I THINK I JUST DID MY OWN THING AND I LATER TOLD MY MOM(WELL ACTUALLY SHE FOUND OUT.. I COULDNT HIDE IT..).. SHE ACCEPTED IT, SHE TOLD ME SHE CANT STOP ME AND SHE CANT TELL ME WHAT TO DO BUT SHE PREFERS TO KNOW THAN NOT KNOW... WE ARE STILL TOGETHER ALMOST A YEAR LATER AND I STILL GET GOOD GRADES AND IM STILL IN HONORS CLASSES!!!! C/O 2010!!!!!!!!!!!

Act really responsible and do all your chores and be extra nice to your Mom for a while.
Also maybe just sit down with her and tell her that you feel it is time for you to have a boyfriend and tell her all the stuff that you mentioned in your question. This will probably be a really good time to have a in depth conversation with your mom so just have her sit down and explain why you want a boyfriend. Also if she says no than just ask her why.

if she knows hes a junior you're screwed, because moms will think he will take advantage of you. Even if he won't, try just sitting her down, and ask her WHY you can't date, if she gives you some BS about you're safety, then tell her that its not fair, and tell her to meet him. If he is a suck-up around adults, then its gonna be fine, if hes one of those "bad boys" as mothers put it.. watch out, and make sure YOU choose the best outfit he has to impress a mom.

I'm coming from a mother's point of view: there is nothing you can say or do to change her mind. In our eyes, you're still her little girl. Until you leave for college or have a full-time job, just sit tight. Trust me, you'll be glad you waited for college men anyway. :P
