Sure it's ok, if you want green-ish brown teeth, putrid breath, no strenth, and death.
If you try working out a bit harder and cutting down on the amount of calories than you should loose 1-2 pounds per week. Since you said you aren't really fat, this shouldn't be much of a problem. Try walking around your neighborhood (or use the treadmill if you have access to one) for 30 minutes 5 times a week. Work out your arms, abs, and legs/butt to tone up. I know exercising is kind of boring. I've been doing it for two weeks now and it was TORTURE at first. But now I've gotten into the habit of it and its as routine as brushing my teeth.
Try to eat between 1200-1500 calories per day to speed weight loss. But make sure you eat every couple of hours. Don't drink very many sodas, either.

The only good way to lose weight is through good diet and exercise. Cut down on fast food and junk food and eat more veggies and fruits. Playing a sport is often the best way to get exercise. Try tennis, volleyball, swimming, jogging. It takes time, but if you are persistent and can follow through with a good diet and regular exercise, you can do it without getting an eating disorder! good luck!

No it is not ok as the stomach acid when you throw up eats away at your espohpogus as well as the enamel on your teeth. You mentioned that you lost 2 pounds in 4 weeks with normal dieting and exercise so that is good. Keep it up and you will lose more weight. There is NO magical formula for faster weight loss.

Being bulimic will eventually kill you.
But first, you will suffer things like hair-loss or paper-dry skin, brittle nails & bones, and a host of OTHER problems due to poor nutrition. Your teth will go bad from all the stomach acid they are subjected to, and you may also permanently injure your throat.
Eat less while getting more activity----that is the ONLY way to lose weight!

Bulemia is an eating disorder. It will wreak some serious damage to your body.
My sister had bulemia and the stomach acids from vomiting did so much damage to her teeth that she had to have them all pulled.
Unfortunately, doing it to lose weight creates a vicious cycle wherein you find yourself addicted to making yourself throw up.
See a doctor and lose weight healthily.

Have you ever seen a skinny bulemic? No. They're all chubby. Being bulemic doesn't lead to weight loss.
If you've lost 2 pounds, keep doing what you're doing and be patient.
