In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

And God says that some will say that Islam is from the Satan.

And God also says that Satan will assume the dress of Muslims and in that way try to hide ISLAM from human eyes, but those who have the real knowledhe will not make a mistake.

Extremism in the sense of pressing people to accept Islam is prohibited in Islam. But Satan in the form of the so-called Muslims sometimes do so and try to hide the Truth.


So please do not look at the Muslims; rather, look at the TRUTH in the Quran with your own eyes.


Do not be led by others by way of hating them and thus losing yourself.

Just Read the verse No. 30 of the Sura No. 30 for a meaning of what RELIGION is. Hope you will SEE the Truth.

God has said in the Quran that ALL religions are from the Truth....GOD.

I wonder how someone can call you ignorant for quoting excerpts from the Muslims own book. It seems to me that they are the actual ignorant for ignoring the facts. I think the best way to compare the two religions is with the two rules that stick out the most to me (Let he who is without sin cast the first stone) and (Use any means necessary to spread Islam, Lie, cheat, steal, murder). And don't tell me that's hate speech a friend of mine is Muslim and I read much of the Koran years before 9/11, and true it depends on which Islam you practice unfortunately there has not bean a true caliph for almost 100 years and most Islamic schools teach hate.

Were you aware that there are Muslims who do Not support hate and violence? Were you aware that there are Muslims who are risking their own lives to further important changes and reform of the Islamic religion? There are even Imams, Koran scholars in debates and making the efforts to re-teach a culture of Muslims who have been taught wrong from the Koran.

The religion, Islam (or Christianity), is from man. The faith and the God that is worshiped is from God, not Satan.

Man creates a way of worship in order to get to know the God that is to be known. That makes it no less valid than what might be called "God given."

Islam, in it's pure form, is not evil. Christianity/Judaism in their pure forms are not evil. It is only when humans make changes for their own benefit that things get nasty and dirty and ..... evil. That is when Satan, or whatever the Islamic equivalent is, should get the credit.

we should stop fighting wars over religion. you believe whatever scam makes you feel comfortable. I believe in the Creator, you call him what you want. But if your religion preaches hate, intollerance, disrespect for other religions, then its not a religion. Islam says non-muslims are not even human. Christians say there is only one God, their God. Muslim will kill other muslims because of sects that interpet the Quran differently. Why don't we just agree to believe in the god we want to believe in and still respect your beliefs as well. or whats the point?

okay this one sounds hard but really it isn't. if we read the scriptures and understand that saten is not the blame for everything first. we will see that it neither God nor saten. to be exact it is mans creation. it is a direct result of abrahams unfaithfullness. you see he was promised by God a child with his wife who the twelve tribes of isreal would come from. but they were getting old and inpatiant.(like we all get from time to time) you know the i don't know if God is really going to do this or not. and he succomed to his wife to have a child with her concubine or maid servent. wich brought forth ishmael. who because God sent him into the desert and God knew Abraham loved and worried about his son God created the covenent with Abraham for Ishmael to be the father of the arab nation wich is were islam comes from. but it is due to Abrahams lack of faith . and incidently that is why we fight the wars we fight today. and he was and is considered one of the most faithfull men of all time. i think if he is intitled momentary laps and poor judgement don't you think we all are. that is the key forgiveness and growth.

OK. You said it best. Islam is more like a political movement, however, Chritianity was spread in a similar way. Study the middle ages. I certainly agree, with you about the radical Islam movement as in today's time we don't have to act like they did in the middle ages to spread any religion.
