No one is nice 100% of the time. Even the nicest, most patient human being has low moments. Some people have the odds stacked against them, such as those with depression or chronic pain as a symptom of illness. They're not crabby or unresponsive because they're not nice; they just don't feel well. They can't help it. And sometimes it's necessary to be not-so-nice to avoid being pushed around by others; that doesn't make one a bad person, just savvy. Hey, I've lived in several big cities. Sometimes it pays to be stand-offish.
On the whole, though, I'd say about 75% of people make a genuine effort to be nice each and every day, whether they succeed or fail. The rest, unfortunately, don't seem to think it's very important.

no id say 99.999 people ARENT nice. actually no one is always nice. ok so like mary and jesus and god and biblical people are but with the trillions of people who have lived...no

99.999% of people can do nice things, but very few are actually nice people.

Unfortunately this is not the case. I don't claim to have exact scientific references to prove this, but judging from personal experience alone, no. I do believe that 99.99% of people have good in them. However a significant percentage do not follow their better natures.

I think your question will be answered by reading the newspaper. Rape, murder, gangs, abortion, school shootings, politicic fights, assassinations. Or, if you have siblings, see how nice they are.
Or, you could accept that God is correct is saying that all men are sinners. Vile, wicked, depraved sinners. In that case, 0% of people are nice.

No. I figure that if a significant percentage of the population is in jail, definitely more than 1%, then certainly there is more than .001% who aren't nice.

a lot of people are "nice" and yet are serial killers. They are immoral, but when you talk to them, they are pleasant and come across as kind. So nice can't really tell the whole story.
