I reported my dads nursing home. I called Adult Protective Services and told them the situation. They gave me a 1-800 number to call. It had something to do with the state board of something. They said they would go to the nursing home in 1 - 45 days and pick 10 patients to investigate their charts and care. My dad would be in that 10 and noone would ever know.
Good luck!

Call the state in which you live...they should have an 800 number. Or check the website of the state where you live. Here in Texas on the website it tells you who to call, and what to do. The calls are anonymous.

Call your local ombudsman. There should be a sign somewhere in the nursing home listing who yours is.
