what can i do if the department of motor vechile is trying to suspend my lisence im on and under doctors care they need both doctors to fill out the paper work. my psychartist says ok close the case the primary doctor says hes not filling it out . i could lose my liscense because of him what can i do next.

I'm curious as to what is going on with you. I see post after post of the same things, but different wording.
you are losing your license
you are trying to get on disability
I think you need to seek a mental health advocate to hep you out with all of this...look into county mental health and see if there is a caseworker you can see

First of all why does your primary doctor refuse to fill out the form? What was the reason you lost it in the first place. I guess you could see another doctor and try to get them to agree to filling out this form.

i am a little confused, there must be a reason for your dr not signing. maybe take it up with him directly, ask for another dr.
