Is everyone forgetting that Satan is Lucifer, an Angel that God created?
They aren't feuding---they are playing a game.

Satan was God's favorite angel until he wanted to be like God, himself. That's when he was cast out of heaven. To this day, he's still angry, prowling and roaring around the earth like a hungry lion, in the steady business of deceiving people and adulterating everything beautiful that God created for our pleasure. It's much more than a feud, country girl; it's a battle for souls. Satan cannot be forgiven; thankfully, we can.

Well, you see, there really isn't a Satan, per se. At least according to theists who have ever tried to reconcile their beliefs with that thing we call... 'logic'.
Believing that Satan is an autonomous entity either means that 1. Satan is a deity, essentially making the monotheist a polytheist and admitting that God is not all-powerful or 2. Satan was created by God and all evil exists because of God.
Obviously, these are quite disturbing to the typical believer. Many Christians say that evil is the absence of God in your life through your expression of free will, and that Satan is just an imaginary figurehead for evil.
Those are the Christians that try to make sense.
The Christians that do believe in a literal Satan typically accept one of the two scenarios above, or they just don't think about it.

Yes, God could forgive..
But satan continued ..to want to be like God...a think that is a very bad thing ..and against us..and ..satan doesn't deserve this honour..and place..of a God.You remember that satan came to Jesus and asked Him to bow to him...pretending he will give up world..in favour of God..(i mean give up corupting the world, I guess)...So satan continued ..and God knew it and told us about the end and everything will be as God said ...because God knows the Truth...and knows the bad things satan continues to do ..substituting to God..and damaging lives..

Satan has too much pride to ask for forgiveness. He has a purpose, and that is to torment Christians and pull them away from God. Satan doesn't worry about unbelievers because he already has them. Life is a test, and you will choose God or you will choose Satan, no choice is a choice. Man's pride will keep him from choosing God or Jesus. Although God is a loving God, he will not tolerate sin. Every time you sin, you open a gate for the enemy to come into your life and cause torment. There are consequences for sin. If you are doing your best to follow God and his commands, and constantly moving forward, then his victorious right hand will be upon you and you will be given favor in every situation. The blessings will flow so quickly, and they will chase you, that you won't be able to count them. If you seek him first and his righteousness, all things will be added unto you. God has mercy and will allow you to get away with so much......but if you continue to sin knowing it is wrong, then the hammer will come down eventually and you will experience grief in your life. He will allow Satan to enter into your life until you change your ways. I call it God's merry go round.......and you can go around and around and around and never get off. The ticket is sin...and it's one ride you don't want to get on. God gives us the Bible to let us know what pleases him. He also lets us know what will happen in the future as man keeps getting further and further away from him. We no longer live in a God fearing society, and that is a big concern as we are in the end times. Read Matt 24 and Revelations and you will see it lines up with the newscasts and newspapers of today. You have to ask how could they know about these things 2 thousand years ago, when many of the things that are going to happen were not even invented yet. They talk about nuclear bombs in Scripture.....speaking of eyeballs rotting in their sockets and flesh melting off the bones. We are living in very uncertain and turbulent times....and if you don't know God then it is time to start finding out about him, and obeying him. As far as the economy goes we are walking on eggshells. In the end everything focuses on Isreal and Palestine and the Middle East. The Jews are God's chosen people and anyone who harms them will be cursed, anyone who blesses them will be blessed. What is the president of Iran talking about? If you read Matt 24 and Revelations you will be shocked, but at least we have been fore-warned. The anti-Christ is a spirit, and just as it entered Hitler it will enter others. I thank God I know him (Jesus), and as for myself I'm not any better than anybody else, but a forgiven sinner. Were all sinners and separated from God, and Jesus is the bridge. He says I am the way , the truth and the life...no one comes to the father but by me. Not by allah, bhudda, hinduism, mormons, jehovahs witnesses. If all ways led to God, why are there contrasting differences in each religion. Christians are told to love your enemies and Muslims are told to kill them (Jihad). Is God a God of inconsistancy? Satan is very coniving, crafty and deceitful, and the father of lies. The best way to tell a lie is to be as close to the truth as possible, and that is why there are simillarites between different beliefs and the confusion. I think I went on a bit of a tangent, but Satan has a purpose. At one time I hated Christians (as I had my own ignorant opinion) until I read Scripture, which changed my life for the better. The peace and joy is incredible!!!

For Satan to receive forgiveness, He would have to ask for that forgiveness and accept Christ as Lord in his life. His sin was rebelling against God. Willl He humble himself enough to admit His sin and ask forgiveness?

God is forgiveness. He's forgiven Satan. It's not a matter of forgiveness. Satan chose his path and he will never be allowed back into Heaven because of it.
