I had patches of hair fall out because of post traumatic stress. :( But it has grown back. Scars on the out side can heal but the ones on the inside can last a lifetime.

In high school I had stress (anxiety) and got the hives for three days. It can also cause changes in appetite, sleep, sex, and some people get head aches. I personally believe that high stress levels lower your immune system and make it easier to get colds, flu, etc.
I have occasional problems with anxiety and have found that exercise, balanced diet, and sleep help me.

my sister's stress got so bad she didn't really eat and when she did she just threw it up. The doctor said if she didn't try to develop some new stress coping strategies that it would end up killing her. She gets really bad headaches. (daily) I had lots of stress growing up and ended up with stomach ulcers.
