What Color Is Your Hair Now?
How "Dark" Do You Want It To Be?
If Your Hair Is Brown And you Want It
Darker, You Could Make STRONG Coffee-Use Twice As Much As You Would For A Cup Of Coffee And Let It Cool (Don't Forget Or You'll Cook Your Scalp) To Lukewarm. Pour It Slowly Over Your Freshly Shampooed Hair And Massage It Into Your Hair(NOT SCALP) For 3 Mins. Then Rinse LIGHTLY With COOL Water-Just Untill The Water Runs Clear. This Should Darken It 1 To 2 Shades Untill Your Next Shampoo. The Odor Will Fade In An Hour Or Two, But You Can Cover It Up With A Light Spritz Of Your Perfume. If Your Hair Is Blonde To Light Brown Substitute Tea (Like Lipton Or Nestea-NOT "Green Tea") In The Above Recipe. Good-Luck!

You can try from the supermarket the following products:
L'Oreal has:
L'Oreal Color Pulse Concentrated Color Mouss

Revlon has:
Roux Fanci-Full Colored Mousse - Roux Fanci-Full Color Rinse

Aveda shampoos for dark hair, I believe it's called Blue Malva? Check them out. Or any shampoo for color treated hair.
If you want to use henna you may be interested to try with his natural mixture:
** A cup of "black henna,"( but look for the brand which is a mixture of henna and indigo as this doesn't cause allergy.). This can be availed from Indian stores or any oriental markets.
**2 cups of plain yoghurt.
**10 strong black teabags.
**a cup of water

Soak or brew the teabags in plain water until the water turns very dark. Use such water to mix up with henna powder, and yoghurt. Mix it well. The tea and yoghurt acts to make henna release its dye. Apply it in your entire hair and wrap your hair with a towel leaving it for 6-8 hours. Wash your hair the usual way you do it with your prefered shampoo. Once your hair gets dry you will notice the difference of its color and glow.

Why do you need your hair darker? I would just forget about the dye and be yourself.

Henna will work. Dont use lemon juice, it will make your hair lighter, NOT darker!
