Time, or finding a new one. Not much you can really do. You can try to keep your mind off it, but it will always seep back in.

The only real simple way to say this is just to say it, although you won't like it: Move on. Say to yourself once, I won't like him anymore and I will get over him' and accept it. Say it only once and after that, do not think about him at all. Don't think about his physical being, things he said to you, good times you've had together. Remove his presence from your mind and if you find yourself thinking of him in anyway at all, stop yourself and quickly find something else to occupy your mind. Get rid of anything physical that reminds you of him (papers, books, clothes, etc.) Delete his phone number off your cell, his screenname off your buddy list. Ask your friends to please not bring him up in front of you, stop yourself from getting excited if you think you're going to run into him. If he talks to you, don't ignore him because while you're ignoring him, you'll only be THINKING about ignoring him - therefore, it defeats the purpose of not thinking about him at all. In the meantime, find some gorgeous celebrity (should I suggest Hayden Christensen? <3) and fawn over him for awhile.

This should really help, it worked for me!
