I'm pretty sure they have a section solely designated for Religion.
But if you can't take the word of any of us, why not walk into the library and find out? ;-)

Non fiction.
Even if it's not "true", it's still not fiction. Poetry isn't in the fiction section, neither are books about Wicca, Witchcraft or other spiritual beliefs. Fiction, Science Fiction, Mysteries and other such books are specific genres. Spirituality, self-help, and others are distinct from fiction.
Fiction is intended for entertainment purposes, and that is not the purpose of the Bible.

There are a lot more categories in library classification than "fiction" and "non-fiction". Using the Dewey decimal sytem, the bible is shelved in the 200's with all books relating to religion.

It's in the religious texts section, but it should really be in the fiction section.
