i m 22 years old....and have a 4 month old baby girl.....b4 my baby i was 115 llbs but i m now 153 to 154lbs......i m also breast feeding my girl...the thing is i m really concern about my over wieght around my hips............my tummy is not that big but my hips area got bigger than ever do u guys have any solution any tipical exercise for that plz plz plz recommend me any exercise or any diet plan i woulld b greatful to u guys................

You shouldn't diet if you are breastfeeding. Walk,walk,walk. Put the baby in the stroller and get out to walk. Pregnancy and childbirth does change the body somewhat. Just remember,it took 9 months to put on the weight,it will probably take that long to get it off. Eat healthy snacks,watch the fried high fat foods.

Your hips will probably stay the same as they tend to broaden after having a baby. To lose the weight though eat three sensible meals a day and high protein snack between each meal. For exercise you buy an exercise tape and exercise whilt your child naps or with her in the room with you. Once the weather gets nice take her for walks and to the park. If you need weights and don't want to spend the money just grab a can of food from the pantry or us an empty milk/juice jug filled with sand or water or rice etc.

You need to do abdominal exercises. Most breast feeding Mothers lose the weight pretty easily.

wow thats a lot! its ok my aunt had a baby 3 months ago! she was the skinyist thing not any more! its normale for a women to gain 20 to 40 pounds after birth! but you gained a little to much!
