It is French, meaning:
I have enough of it,
I am fed up with it.

You are welcome

I'm fed up
I have had enough

It may also be a way to say: it's over, I'm through etc....

Hi
It means "I'm tired of it", "I can't stand it any more" or "I'm sick of it". Any of those work, I don't think there is a literal translation for it.

I'm sick of it!

It could apply to a person -- I'm sick of him/her!
