Is it okay to take a benadryl and a sudafed togeather?

Yes; any number of cold medications (including the type of Benedryl with a decongestant) combine them in one pill. Just be sure that your medication doesn't already have a dose of Sudafed in it; two doses won't really hurt you, but they can make you jumpy.

Yeah.I'd say that it's ok.Probly not 2 healthy.I use 2 take alot of Benadryl 2 sleep.I mixed'm & was ok.*

Yes they are fine to take together. In fact some cold medicines contain both drugs together.
