if somone eat lots and lots of junk food to get high calories from them, then lift weight is that ok?

Just watch your sodium intake, and make sure you are getting calcium and vitamins. The sodium can cause you to dehydrate really easily, and also retain water weight. (I know, it sounds contradictory.) So, as long as you watch those things, you'll be ok.

No, it's never ok to eat a lot of junk food. Food is your fuel and it needs to have some nutritional value. Try having some nuts, a protein bar, or deli meats and cheese. These can be high in calories but will still provide your body with the energy and nutrition it needs.

Junk food like regular sodas candy potato chip are full of high calories and are bad for you you have excessive weight gain which is highly bad for the body you will run into health problems if you reach the obese stage you may have a heart attack or stroke develop diabetes and other health issues its fine to snack on some chips or a candy bar once and awhile but I wouldn't recommend as my diet of choice
