First, prioritize your work based on deadlines, do the stuff with the earliest deadlines first.
Next eat well, eat a good breakfast, snack through the day, have a good dinner. Cut down on pop and drink more water. Whole grains are key for longterm energy and focus. Cut down your sugars where possible, they give you a sugar boost but make you lethargic after.
Next, try to watch less tv, it screws up focus. Do things that require focus like reading.
As for the pressure you feel, I would suggest talking to a counselor about it, or some friends. If you want something that might help you can try working out, that'll help take some of the edge off. Also talk to your teachers about what they expect from you and your work, tell them you have lots to do and feel too much pressure. If you need as well try asking teachers for extensions on due dates, but ask them early and tell them why.
Lastly, don't worry too much about perfection. Even the smartest people alive can have trouble with too much work.

If you wanted to and were able to do the work, you would do it. The fact that it is the most challenging program suggests that you just don't want to do it. If I am interested in something, I can do it no matter how long it takes and how much effort it needs. If I am not interested and feel it will be of little importance, then I won't do it. Reassess if you really want to be taking hard classes or want to be a kid and have some free time to yourself; no shame in that!

Do your work in small bits. Do, say, English for an hour, ride your bike for 20 minutes, and then do your math.
Also, try not to stress. Make some hot cocoa and just remember that if you can't do everything, it won't be too bad.
And school sucks. We all know it, we all hate it, but we all have to deal with it. Sorry.

you're no longer doing something incorrect, you merely have a greater effective concentration on greater effective issues. that could desire to point to you which you will desire to spend greater time and potential gaining expertise of issues which you savor particularly than forcing your self to do issues you do no longer. Get for the duration of the training you do in comparison to, yet you may desire to soak up a commerce once you end extreme college....bypass to community college and learn a potential, do no longer bypass to college...you will hate it.

you may have ADD. most people who did poorly in school use that as an excuse. if you don't have ADD, then you might just need help. study with friends who are smarter than you.
