I think the soul is the life force that allows you to live, and a spirit is the individual that posses the body.. for with out a soul you would die, with out a spirit you would just be... no conscience, emotions, or feelings. So I'd have to say yes there is a difference

Spirit is from God - - God breathed spirit unto the body. Soul is tied to the flesh. I think that is why some believe that when you die (as a Christian) your spirit goes back to God from which it came and the soul stays with the body until the rapture. Soul sleep.

Yes. We speak of a "spirited" horse without believing it has a soul. In that sense I believe in spirit because it is an observable phenomenon.

Yes. Spirit is supposedly the force that drives life and it could also refer to mood or enthusiasm, and soul is just the non-physical part of you. I'm not a believer of either.

Your spirit is the something that is a part of your personality, your soul is you with your lifeblood running through your veins, and the breath of life in your body. Look at the second chapter of Genesis

I think the spirit is what connects us to all that is, and the soul is what keeps our spirit connected to our living body. It's all interconnected. I sometimes use those two words interchangeably even though I probably shouldn't.

no! but first of all, we don't talk about your-our-my or their spirit or soul! we are the spirit or soul. we are the spiritual being having a body. if one wants to be called a spiritual being, he/she knows one is the spirit or soul!
we don't say: your spirit, we say "you", the spirit!
one may say: your car, but never says to the driver:
your driver, but "you", the driver! got it? ok!

Spirit is spirit.
Soul is mind.
Three parts to man.
Spirit soul and body.
This is biblical.
Born here dead in your sins and trespasses.
What dead?
Your spirit.
Made alive by God?
Your spirit.
In the Garden, they didn't die physically, their spirit died.
Separation from God.
