I guess it depends on where you work. I wish I could crank up the music at my workplace (warehouse). I believe if you can't work with music, then you probably have an attention disorder. But I would absolutely go nuts if the other guy was playing shitty music like nickelback or kidrock or something. But then that all goes into workplace compatibility in general. I guess this isn't a good answer, I'm just ranting and raving about stuff.

If you feel the radio is abnormally high, then report as abuse and tell them you can't work well with loud noise.
If it's not loud, but you don't care for the kind of music they play, ask to try and compromise.
If you can't talk to them at all you can report it as abuse or just request earplugs to wear during work hours.

You have no claim of damages, nor any cause of action. You are being a "whimp" or "Whiner" or "Weenie." You need to "sack up" and "tow the line" or else "put on a diaper and latch back on to your mammie."

Lighten up or get ear plugs, if you stayed at home and had babies then you'd learn about noise!

depends on the jobs, some jobs I would have killed for some music (especially the outdoors ones) but other jobs I just want some peace and quiet.
