We say "bless you" most atheists were born into religious families. Why do people always assume we are heathens that have never looked at the bible? Bless doesn’t have to refer to a god anyway. It can just be a way of someone wishing luck on another.

I don't know about any other atheist, but I say "Excuse you."

Bless you, or God bless you, came from an outdated belief that sneezing was your soul attempting to escape your body, and you must be blessed otherwise your soul could escape and demons could take you over.

May the "random mutation"/"Big Bang"/"Charles Darwin" [insert favorite false deity here] look down upon you with favor.

Generally, 'bless you'. It's a cultural thing so far removed from its religious origins that it has lost any such meaning.
