To all those of you implying that I might not like getting my arms pulled off, I hasten to add that I am an animal rights advocate and theat this was a question posed over the car radio earlier today- I just thought I'd pass it on.

That would depend upon how much I needed the money, and what I needed it for. To buy food for my family, yes. I would think that the butterfly would understand.
How about this: What kind of person would pay someone to pull the wings off of a butterfly?

I would not destroy any animal or any parts of nature, we live in a beautiful place if only people would respect it and not do profane things.
I would certainly not pull the wings off a living butterfly.

No, I would not. Destroying a beautiful creature for such a empty reason would not only damage the butterfly but also my own spirit.

NO! That's cruel and it kills them because they won't be able to get food or fly away. You'd have to offer me lots more money to get me to think of doing it.
