There's a guy we'll call Jarett who i been dating for about 2 months. He's a great guy but it's still awkard kissing him and he is my 1st boyfriend but i don't have feelings for him. Many times I find him clingy and annoying. Than this other guy we'll name Parker who is really sweet and I feel some chemistry with and get along with great. We have more things in common than Jarett.
Finally there's this woman we'll call Susan. Honestly we're good friends but she's 30 and I'm 18. Jarrett is completely jealous of her because I spend so much time with her...she's completely crazy and some would say controling but i feel like i can conquer the world when we hang out. she has a family and i have no busuness hanging out with her but she makes me feel alive.
It getting to the point were i'm so tired of the awkard phase with Jarett and i' m growing feelings for Parker but i feel i'm losing my friendship with Susan. What do I do?

Well, lets start with "Jarrret". Get rid of him. If it is awkward kissing him, then it isn't right, so let him go. Start hanging out with Parker and see if those feelings grow. Chemistry is the most important thing in the early going. If Susan is your friend, she will understand that there is someone new in your life and she will accept it. The friendship doesn't have to end. I know what it is like to have strings pulling you 100 different ways. When life gets like that, sometimes you just have to make yourself happy, because making everyone else happy is impossible.

I say dump Jarrett not necessarily for Parker but just because you have no feelings for him and you are leading him on. You shouldn't hang out with susan so much. You should be hanging out with your peers.

well first, i think you should talk to jarett and tell him how you really feel and exaplin that youd rather be friends, and if he doesnt want to be friends then he is stupid. and then about parker, if yo uhave feelings for him, then talk to him to see how he feels. it may hurt jarett but wouldnt you ratehr do it now and not provoke it. and about susan, boys need to deal because chicks before *****.

it seems that things are getting worse as time pass. you must try to do something to get out of such situation. someting crazy I mean. maybe meeting a new guy or breaking up with jarret and be with parker. whatever. you have to tell guys around you what you want and convince them to respect to your needs.

Leave all the mess behind you, you are way too young for such dramatic relationships, have a nice life, enjoy,explore, and wait for someone who will not be awkward kisser...You'll know him when you meet him,trust me...
