My shoes are worn more at the heels at the back outside. Not all of the outside (just the back part) is worn so is this still supination? Are there any shoe inserts (not custom made orthopedics) that would help correct this?

The term suppination applies to feet too, not just forearms. So walking on the outside of the feet is suppination, I was more just wondering if my slight case is still suppination and what inserts would be good (which actually work)

You can get Super Feet inserts at REI...I don't know where you are from, but you can check www.rei.com They are about $30. I bet you can find them elsewhere if you google them too.

my knowledge of supination is rotation of the forearm so that the anterior surface is anterior that is if the body is in the anatomical position. ( meaning the palms of the hands are facing the sky)... If a person is supine they are lying face up or laying on their backs and pronation is lyng face down or on the tummy and rotating the forearm so that the palms are facing the floor. so no it wouldnt be supination
