I don't want to seem uncaring in ANY way to someone who may be an amputee, but the problem with mankind is NOT their LIMBS, it's their HEARTS, which is why the Lord gives us a new one when He saves us......

Never heard of a single example of a human limb growing back, through divine intervention, or otherwise. Science, however, has made some remarkable prosthetic limbs and given normal life back to many many amputees.

God hates amputees, everybody knows it. Duh.
No matter how small the amputated part is, no matter how hard you pray, god will never grow it back, because he hates damn amputees so much.

Yes it is. If someone did have their amputation restored, I think it would make international news.

I guess that you can say that everyone who still has all of her/her limbs has been "healed". Why heal, when God can simply alter the time line itself to cause you to avoid the situation that caused you to lose the limb in the first place?

According to the bible when Jesus was about to be arrested Peter in his defense cut off the ear of one of the soldiers. Jesus picked it up and reattached it. Not exactly a limb but a restored body part none the less.
