It really depends who that "someone" is. Age and gender are 2 main roles that play in determining a normal heart rate. Height and weight too.

Normally though, 78 is pretty healthy. :)

Our heart rate changes all the time. The nomal heart rate while resting is 72 to 80. Of course with increased activity, the rate increases.

It's completely dependent on age, height, weight, and a few other factors.

It would be healthy for some people, but not for others.

i think so. if your heart it always beating like 100 bpm then id worry.
