Yes, because of missionaries sent out to 'save' people from their own religions. And the crusades which made lots of people convert at fear of death. But there are some places where people haven't heard of him, I think.

It depends on the country. In some countries, yes. In some countries, I would have to say no. And many times, even if they have heard the name of Jesus does not mean that they know anything about Jesus.

i forget the exact number but there are approx 20 something thousand different people groups in the world. People groups are based on ethnicity, location, language and culture.
approx 1/3 of the worlds people groups remain unreached. Unreached is defined as less than 1% of the population has accepted the gospel. most of these ppls are from muslim areas.
Factors such as current religious practices, govt, and location have contributed to prevent the spread of the gospel.
examples include, Kurds of Northern Iraq; Dungan (Kyrgyzstan); Cao Lan San Chey of (Vietnam); Buriat (Mongolia); and Bhojpuri Bihari (India).

For the most part, yes, at least heard of Him. Except maybe for that African tribe that sent like 3 elephants, 2 horses, and some African garb to the United States once they heard about 6 months after.

Yes, I think so. There has been so much mission work done in the past 50 years that it is incredible. Even the most remote places in Africa have heard about Jesus.

I think so. I mean, unless they're living in a remote place or under a rock somewhere, they have likely heard about Jesus. If not, I'm sure they'll hear something eventually.
