No. My father hunts, like a lot of Black men in the country, and I have had squirrel, possum, deer (venison), snake, armadillo, wild turkey, etc.
Many kinds of meat have their own distinctive flavors. Seasoned and cooked well, you can discover great tastes.
Personally I am trying to get away from meat to help the animals and poor starving people, but I can tell you that each meat is distinctive. Many of my friends are from different countries.
There is a famous chef now that is cooking other kinds of meat besides pork, beef, and chicken and using organ meats. Most restaurants have abandoned doing this.
I love trying what people consider off beat. I have tried insects, interesting vegetables, and everything. When I visited a country once, I could have tried monkey meat but I didnt. I love apes and monkeys too.

Well, chicken tastes like chicken...and unless you live on chicken flavoured air ((or something stupid like that)) everything doesn't taste like chicken. That was one of the strangest questions I've evr heard

No it doesn't. Rabbit does taste like chicken, all white meat in fact but alligator and emu meat do not. Alligator tastes like fish flavored pork and emu smells like turkey when it is cooking, but tastes like very lean beef (depending on how you season it)

No, crab most definitely does not taste like chicken!
Neither does bacon, hamburgers, sausage, hot dogs, etc.
