Is it okay to work on abs every day? I usually work out every other day, I notice the results but slowly..should I keep the pace I'm on or do them every day?

Everyday is generally not good, well not the same muscle groups. Change up your routine to give your muscles time to recover.

Yes, it's ok to work out your abs every day. In fact, you have to BLAST your abs to get good results. Something I could stand doing myself-thanks for reminding me. As for other parts of your body, give them a day to rest between workouts. Otherwise, you'll only see limited results as well as tiring yourself out and leaving yourself vulnerable to injury, which would put you out of the gym for days, weeks, or months.

Don't neglect the rest of your body. You can do a split of serveral days.

Day 1: upper body(biceps, triceps, shoulders chest)
Day 2: lower body
Day 3: abs
Day 4: just cardio
Day 5: off

You need to give your abs at least one day because your body needs time to repair it, if you do it every day it's just too much.
