Somewhere in the Old Testament God appears to somebody with I believe wings on his feet or below him, and his face is covered with something to protect the person. Does anybody know where in the Old Testament this is? I thought it was Moses, but I read most of his books, and didn't see it in there. Thanks.

After God appeared to Moses, the face of Moses was so bright with light that Moses had to cover his face in order for people to look at Moses. What you are describing may have been a dream or a person writing in a poetic way to describe some spiritual belief.
