not thru the USB connection - the Olympus only acts as an external drive for transferring photos to the computer.

however, if your computer has an AV input port, you may be able to use it as a webcam by connecting from the Olympus's AV output to your computer's AV input.

Yes, it can do NTSC output. So using the cable that should have come with it, you can get video out. Might work!
