If the entire sentence is cased in parentheses, then the full stop goes inside.
Otherwise outside as usual.

An entire reference sentence in parentehes: stop inside the parentheses to understand that it really concerns some kind of total expression. Then stop after parenteheses, if you'll stop your own sentence.
