You need to contact an exterminator that specializes in the removal of such creatures. It will take some time and you will need to have your house inspected for possible points of entry and have them sealed if they exist. You would be amazed how small a space a wasp can sneak through.
As for your allergy, either get desensitized or get a prescription for an epi-pen and learn how to use it. Allergies to insects can be deadly. An epi-pen can buy you some much needed time to get emergency assistance.
A word of advice...always call 911 if you are stung. EMTs are trained to deal with allergic reactions (I have treated several) and we can get you to the hospital. Even if you use an epi-pen, you will still need emergency treatment. Carry it with you at all times and carry a medical alert that advises people of your allergy. Medical alerts can do your talking for you when you are not able to.

Just as everyone suggested call an exterminator A.S.A. P. !!! It is extremely important especially if you are allergic to them. I also would suggest putting bait down and spraying the runners of your home with bug spray. Also, Look outside for wasp nests because that is one of the major ways they get into the home. You will need to knock them down and spray them with wasp killing spray....(Raid has a good spray it comes in a green and yellow can), then you have to crush them...I would suggest doing this with a heavy work boot on your foot or a shovel. I also have found two links for you ... One is from the state of California and it gives information on wasps. It goes thru everything you might need to know (this is from Sutter-Yuba Mosquito and Vector Control District). And the second one is how to build a wasp trap or where you can purchase or look into purchasing wasp traps.
Good Luck !!! I hope this was helpful to you.

It's really quite easy, if you can find the entrance to the nest.
when they are in the wall, usually there is a defined hole that they are going in and out of. Go to the store and buy a can of wasp and hornet bomb...it is a spray can that shoots a straight stream for about 10-12 ft. The poison kills on contact, they don't still fly like when you spray with "Raid"
Aim this "pencil spray" at the nest hole for about 10 seconds and go away and wait, watch from a distance to see if activity stops. it leaves a residue that kills wasps comning back to the nest...it is great stuff, cost about $10

You must call an exterminator, or other professional, they must be killed at night time so that sleeping & there all in one area. spray Than try to figure out how they got in in the first place, & patch that opening or others could find it again. Hate to scare you but a friend of mine had bees in his walls & eventually they ate thru the wall & got inside his bedroom. He kept ignoring the sounds inside his walls. Dont hesitate on this one.
