I'm 5'2 and a size 1/2. But I weigh 110 pounds! I know other girls that look much bigger than me that weight way less. I workout regularly to try to lose weight, but my weight stays the same. How do I weigh less??

You look skinny because you ARE skinny. Well, skinny is kind of a mean word....THIN. ;) 110 pounds is thin for someone of your height...that's why you LOOK thin...go figure! It's not the number that counts; it's how you LOOK!

Technically a healthy weight for a woman 5'2 is anywhere from 108-130 so you have nothing to worry about

but Yeah i feel the same way.
i'm 5'4 1/2 and weigh 125
but i wear 1/2 occationally 3 also.

The thing is it isn't a problem that u weigh 110.
Muscle weighs more than fat, most likly you have a lot of muscle, thats probably where the weight comes from.

I don't really know a healthy way to lose weight like that, and especially sence it is MUCH harder for someone that weighs 110 to lose weight then someone who is 190

my advice would be, if you are a size 1/2 then it doesnt matter what you weigh.

try not to worry about it and keep yourself healthy.

hope that helps!!

I thought you were going to say you weighed 140lb or something. Gosh, 110lb is nothing, if you were 10lb less you'd be underweight. Stop worrying about the number on the scales, you don't need to weigh less if you only wear a size 1 or 2, you can't get much smaller!

Also, when you work out you build muscle and muscle weighs more. If you really think you need to lose weight, then you have issues.

Take care : )

well muscle does weigh more then fat, so when you are working out you might be putting on the muscle for that extra weight, but i wouldn;t worry too much about 110 pounds isn't a lot. i say you have nothing to worry about

Muscle weighs more than fat. Don't lose any more weight. You're fine. I'm 5'0 and 95 and I would like to gain a little bit of weight.

you've got muscles. muscles weight more then fat. Stop working out so much and in theory you'll 'lose' weight' but you won't be as fit. Just don't worry about it honey. I'm 5'5 and weight 230. just go on with your life and be happy you don't have a third boob or something.

Stop worring about the # on the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat...they probably don't have a lot of muscle.
