There is only one person that can answer that. Your boyfriend. There are ways to tell if he cares for you. Those special glances. The extra little things that he does, like knowing when you need a little reassurance without your telling him. Also, loving and caring aren't always the same thing. Someone can care about you but not "love" you. Love is a very deep and powerful emotion.

ok now u ask if your boyfriend loves you but A: ya didnt give us much to work with like whats been going on, or how long you and him have been together. get my drift B: to ask others if your boyfriend loves you means well most of the time that there is something that you dout. and C: you need to look in side your self to answer that question.

probably not. all boys want in your pants. Now when he marries you and he washes the dishes and sits up all night long with the crying baby so you can get some sleep. ... THEN HE LOVES YOU.
until then it's most likely just lust.
and if you don't get anything out of this, at least remember this: love is NOT AN EMOTION... it's an ACTION.

well i cant tell because theres not alot of information your telling . but if he makes you smile, confort you, his good out due his bad with you, treat you like his queen, tell you how beatiful you are and try to stay loyal then yes he does. but make a chart and see does his bad outdue his good.
