My mom does. Once she prays, she prays for it to be the Lords will and whatever happens happens because it was what was meant to be and she doesn't worry about it any more, because she put it in Gods hands. On the other hand, it is hard for me. I do not have as much knowledge and faith as she does but I strive for more everyday.

I often find prayer helps me focus on what I'm worried about and helps me find solutions or find a different way of looking at a situation. Having a plan, or a new viewpoint, often helps lessen the worry because I feel more prepared and that preparedness makes me feel more in control of my situation. So I'd say, yes.

I mostly do not worry about it again....honestly.
I might pray about it over and over, but once I give that burden to Jesus....It's done.

Good question....now that I think about it.......I DO! hmmmmm.....trying to prove that prayer helps whether you 'believe' or 'not'? I'd say prayer indeed only helps. Nice question.
