hello all! this is a question that has been always running in my mind. You know when you go to the food store and you find those ready to eat processed meat Like turkey breast or chicken, we call them here ( mortadella ) but anyway are they healthy to eat? I see this one says smoked turkey breast but is it really pure meat and is it healthy to eat them?

read the label. processed meat usually has a lot of additives that aren't healthy. if the ingredients say turkey and water, then it's healthy. fresh cut deli meats are usually better, but not always. check for sodium content and preservatives.
