MORE TO LOVE!!!!!
Just drink a lot of water and watch what time you eat.
Have your sin food at lunch and diet for breakfast and dinner.
Eat until you are Almost full...never stuff.
Cut things out that let you indulge in food. Like less cheese, WATCH the JUICE( HIGH CAL), burger with NO fries or the other way around, snacking all the time...man i can go on.

THE MOST IMPORTANT!
love yourself. Laughter, Love, and happness will burn more energy.( you think less about food)
Depression make you gain weight

Cardio or Aerobics 4-6 days a week for 45-60 minutes a day. And you have to cut calories...also stop drinking calories. This is a great way to cut down. You can drink water, crystal lite...only 5 calories...diet sodas. You get used to it.
