Every diet I've ever seen always says to drink PLENTY of water. I'm not so sure that it helps you lose weight, but it does help your stomach stay full so your body doesn't need as much food.

Drinking water before eating a snack or meal will fill you up so you dont eat as much.

Drinking water is necessary. It has little or nothing to do with weight loss by itself.

i don't think it'll make you lose like ten pounds from drinking however much amount of water, but it does improve and speed your metabolism
