I get the feeling of restless legs off and on -- it is an indicator to me that I am either dehydrated or lacking in calcium -- When I get restless legs I take calicum and drink a couple of glasses of water -- and the combination works for me

There are a few simple natural things you may try:
-Avoiding caffeine and alcohol helps some people.
-Take a bath just before sleep time - it helps to relax the leg muscles
-Try some relaxation techniques

i just looked this up in dr earl mindell's natural remedies for 150 aliments. he recommends:
calcium 500-1000 mg a day
vit e 400-500 IU daily
butcher's broom as directed on label
ginko biloba extract 60 mg one to three times a day
horse chestnut as directed on label
try to exercise regularly
avoid sitting in one position for a long time

i haven't tried this yet.
