The best way to get better at running, is by running. I'm a sophmore in high school, and what i've learned is that the best way to improve your ability is to train. You also have to eat right. Get a good pair of running shoes, stretch well, and don't overdo yourself. The most important thing is to be honest and to not give up.

Run more.
Actually, you can increase your stamina better by getting on a bicycle - go for long rides, and you won't have the impact that running has on your joints - right now you are young, so it doesn't matter as much, but as you get older you will have problems with your knees and ankles if you run too much.
Watch your diet, and eat healthy foods - drink fruit juice rather than sodas or energy drinks. A lot of people don't realize the effect that their diet has on their energy level - and they attempt to get quick energy from caffeine or sugar, both of which will make you crash even harder.
Do other exercises too - jumping jacks, situps, pushups, some light weights. If you continue to get fatigued, you may want to check with a doctor to make sure you don't have a problem that is making you tired.

First it depends on what your goals are. Do you want to be a distance runner or a sprinter? If you are looking to run distance, you need to start out slow and build up your endurance and distance. If you are looking to be a sprinter, it is all about short burst repeats and weights.

Run every morning! I started by running one mile nonstop, but then after a month, I was able to run about 5 miles.
You have to keep running to get better.
Also, eat healthy, your body needs energy.
Talk to your gym coach or PE teacher and they can give you pointers.

Run more. Run a lot. Get tips from a coach (IE: your gym coach) and then, run more. Also, having good shoes can help a lot, too.
