i worked at a health food store and zantrex 3 was the most returned diet pill. i tried it once and had cramps and parania. i like trimspa. i loose about 3 pounds a week and am not starving. im also eating lowfat.

i started taking zantrax 3 last thursday, and i have not lost any weight. they make me really shakey and thirsty. i'd say no, they don't work (for me at least)
