Atkins. Love it. It is hard though. You really really need to be committed.

3 day diet lose 10 pounds in 3 days



1st Day:

BREAKFAST:
Black Coffee or Tea
½ Grapefruit
1 slice of toast
2 tablespoons of peanut butter

LUNCH:
½ cup of Tuna
1 slice of toast

DINNER:
2 slices of any mean (about 3 oz.) - I ate two hot dogs.
1 Cup of String Beans
1 Cup of Beets
1 Small Apple
1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream


2nd Day:

BREAKFAST:
1 Egg
½ of a Banana
1 Slice of Toast
Black Coffee or Tea

LUNCH:
1 Cup of Tuna or Cottage Cheese
5 Saltine Crackers


DINNER:
2 slices of meat
2 Cups of Broccoli
½ Cup of Carrots
½ of a Banana
½ Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream


3rd Day:

BREAKFAST:
3 Saltine Crackers
1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese
1 Small Apple
Black Coffee or Tea

LUNCH:
1 Hard-Boiled Egg
1 Slice of Toast

DINNER:
1 Cup of Tuna or Cottage Cheese
1 Cup of Beets
1 Cup of Cauliflower
½ Cup of Cantaloupe
½ Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream


DIRECTIONS:

When you are on this diet, you may not use any other seasonings EXCEPT for Salt and Pepper. Also, you may drink either Water or Diet Soda or Tea with artificial sweetener. However, make sure that you drink at least 9 glasses of water per day in order to aid the flushing process that your body will be going through. Also, DO NOT SNACK throughout the day. Also, you may substitute Tune for Cottage Cheese or vice versa.

When you do this diet, you will be "on-diet" for the three days, and then you will take three days off, and then repeat the process until all your excess body fat has disappeared. MAKE SURE you take those three days off! When you are off of the diet, than you are able to eat anything that you want, however, eat moderately. Also, when you are dieting for the three days, keep your exercise routine to a minimum, due to the fact that your energy level will be lower than normal for the first two days.

It is not healthy to lose 20 lbs in a month. 1-2 lbs per week is recommended.
Eat whole grains, nuts, veggies, fruits, some dairy, and drink water.
Cut out the sweets, limit fast food to once a week.
Exercise daily.

if you lose 20lbs in a month, u'll just gain it all back.. try 1-2 lbs a week. it might seem slow, but you didn't gain like 20lbs in one month.. it takes patience and diligence.. y would you put soooo much effort in losin 20 lbs and then gain it all back?

Work out like aerobic type stuff. Running is really the best. Eat foods that are good but cause like no weight gain. Try celery and peanut butter. I watched a workout buff eat this as a snack and it made sense to me. You burn more calories by eating celery then you actually take in. GOOD LUCK!

Drink cinnamon and honey in hot water a few minutes before you eat. this really works. and try to walk 30 min. every day.

You can't safely - especially if you want to keep it off. There is no fast way to lose weight wisely.
