As a Muslim myself i could not tell you, i have no idea. There are 1.5 billion Muslims and less than 1% are extremists.
What is the ultimate goal of the Bush administration?

They want every one to convert, supposedly. This is not a new phenomenon. When the Muslims went into Europe, the Moors to Spain, the Arabs to southern Italy, those who did not convert lost their property and had to pay a dhimmi tax.
In the Middle Ages, so soon after the passing of Mohammad, the Muslims did not kill Jews or Christians as they were considered mono-theists . Nowadays, radical Muslims consider that Christians are not mono-theist, but believers in a triune God, the Trinity. They hate Jews so much that they want to annihilate them to the last baby. To put it bluntly, they would take young females as slaves and kill everyone else. That's what the Taliban was doing in Afghanistan. That's what Darfur is about.

Radical Islam wishes to convert the entire western world to Islam.

If they get their way, then we will have a big problem.

The reason for the conflict between Israel and the Arabs is that the Arabs, plain and simple, refuse to accept a Jewish state in their midst. They invented this whole idea of a "Palestinian people who deserve a state" just to use as a tool to dismember Israel.

Prior to partition, Palestinian Arabs did not view themselves as having a separate identity. When the First Congress of Muslim-Christian Associations met in Jerusalem in February 1919 to choose Palestinian representatives for the Paris Peace Conference, the following resolution was adopted:

"We consider Palestine as part of Arab Syria, as it has never been separated from it at any time. We are connected with it by national, religious, linguistic, natural, economic and geographical bonds.

"There is no such country as Palestine! 'Palestine' is a term the Zionists invented! There is no Palestine in the Bible. Our country was for centuries part of Syria."
- Auni Bey Abdul-Hadi, a local Arab leader, to the Peel Commission, 1937

The Arabs who now call themselves "Palestinians" do so in order to persuade a misinformed world that they are a distinct nationality and that "Palestine" is their ancestral homeland. But they are no distinct nationality at all. They are the same - in language, custom, and tribal and family ties - as the Arabs of Syria, Jordan, and beyond. There is no more difference between the "Palestinians" and the other Arabs of those countries than there is between, say, the citizens of Minnesota and those of Wisconsin.

they are trying to prove a political view as well as a religious view.
some of their political views are correct...BUT they do not go about it in the correct way. Like killing millions of people is NOT accepted in Islam AT ALL.
I think they along with anyone just wants peace. But they may have a different point of view of peace. And from what i see it is not an Islamic view of peace.
but what i beg of you is not to judge all Muslims based on some stupid and extreme point of view from some idiots.

God Bless

Its important to understand it as it comes from their mouths, and not necessarily how people portray it and delude themselves to believe.

The short term goals of "Muslim extremists" is to rid the lands of Muslims from any sort of non-muslim occupation. Bin laden stated before 9/11 that his war on america was because of its support of israel, its sanctions they imposed on iraq, and its bases in the Arabian peninsula.

The long term goals of "Muslim extremists" is to spread the Islamic state to the whole world, in which non-muslims can live (they are not "forced" to become Muslim as some ignorant westerners perceive it, no "Muslim extremist" will tell you this, and no "Muslim extremist" believes that they are to force people to become Muslim.) But rather, a state where the laws of Islam are supreme and non-muslims are under the protection of Muslims.

This is how the "Muslim extremists" define their goals; not as how some people might imagine them.

You'd have to ask them, but I believe that their goal is to have everyone convert to Islam, and those that don't convert they will kill. I don't understand it either, as to how far they have taken the Qur'an out of context.

Yes they want to convert us or kill us. The quran says that islam will rule the world and they are working to make it happen, by any means possible.

May God Bless you.

I guess it depends on whether the Muslim extremist is Shia, Sunni, or Wahabi. I don't think they stand each other.
