i like a guy and i don't know if he likes me
when we pass in the halls, he looks at me and he does the same during classes
when i talk to him he seems really nervous

I think he likes you. The fact that he seems nervous indicates a liking. You seem just as nervous. Try and break the ice somehow by talking to him, even if it is to talk about something simple like if your school team won the game or not.

Well if he's always looking at you its a sure sign he likes you. Tell him how you feel, then he probably wont be nervous around you !
