If it's got a 5.4 or a V10 stay away. These engines are junk. Especially at 100k. Look it up yourself.

I would say no. A '99 with almost 100,000 miles on it should be way less than $8,000. I'd say to keep looking.

I would look up the Vehicle on Kelly blue book values . They have all the prices.
